Returns Policy

At Cutz N Patches, we want you to love every purchase, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, then we’ll be happy to refund.

The conditions for returns/ exchange and refunds are as follows:

  1. The products are to be returned within 10 days of the date shown on the tax invoice.
  2. The item has not been worn or washed
  3. The products are to be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.
  4. Tax Invoice / receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
  5. Due to hygienic reasons Socks, underwear and swimwear will not be accepted for return or exchange for change of mind, unless assessed as faulty.
  6. Refunds are not given for incorrect size choice, please select your product carefully
  7. If one product is returned that was part of a deal such as '2 for 1' or 'Spend & Save', the product refund will occur at the discounted price or as the percentage price as calculated by Cutz N Patches which was paid and not the original full price.
  8. Cutz N Patches reserve the right to assess the condition and age of all returned products. This may result in the products not being accepted for return, repair, refund, credit note or exchange.
  9. All purchases made with card including debit card, wanting a refund can only be refunded onto the original card of purchase


CHANGE OF MIND RETURN POLICY


Cutz N Patches is happy to offer you an exchange for change of mind on most full priced and reduced product(s). The product(s) is to be returned within 10 days from date of delivery or purchase

Merchandise returned for change of mind within the above mentioned timeframe is eligible for an exchange subject to the following conditions:

  1. Proof of purchase must be accompanied with the returned product(s);
  2. The product(s) should be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact;
  3. Refunds are not given for incorrect size choice, please choose carefully;
  4. Due to hygienic reasons Socks, underwear and swimwear will not be accepted for return or exchange for change of mind, unless assessed as faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS


At Cutz N Patches, we make a sincere effort to ensure that all our products offered to the customers meet our high standards and a level of satisfaction.

When our product(s) are sold, there are certain guarantees made to the consumer, one of which is that the product(s) are of acceptable quality. A Product or products are considered faulty or not of acceptable quality if it:

  1. Is unsafe, not lasting or without faults (taking into consideration what would reasonably be expected for the type of product and its cost);
  2. Does not match the description made by us, on packaging and labels, or via promotions or advertising.


If the product(s) you have purchased has a major default or defect, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If the product(s) you have purchased has a minor default or defect, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Merchandise returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase.

For us to process your request for faulty items, please ensure to:

  1. Provide us the original receipt as proof of purchase; and
  2. Return the product to us (you are responsible for the cost of return postage unless this cost is significant).


For proof of fault, photographs alone will not be accepted. The physical product must be in possession of Cutz N Patches in order to assess the fault and proceed with acceptance of your return, refund or exchange request

Please note, where an item is deemed faulty, we will happily refund the cost of returning the item to us. Please ensure you keep your postage receipt so that we can facilitate this refund for you.


Return by post


You must return the Product(s) to us immediately at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the Product(s) and that they are not damaged in transit.

Take your parcel to any post office and return it using a track able service. The costs would vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel.

To ensure smooth return and refund process, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Book your product return at the post office either using their online service or visit in person. Make sure to print the shipping labels
  2. Package the items into the original parcel packaging
  3. Attach the return labels onto the parcel and also make sure that any original delivery labels are covered to guarantee smooth delivery
  4. For your order to be processed and initiate the refund, please allow up to 10 working days from the day your order has been received by Cutz N Patches.
